Duration

Three prenatal sessions, three postnatal sessions, and full hands-on support during the length of labor through delivery and birth.

+ Three 8 hr night time visits and three 4 hr day time visits including infant care, postpartum bodily support, and advanced child education.

Format:

Prenatal and postnatal sessions available as virtual consultations or in-person visits, dependant on location and familial preference.

+ Daily and nightly hands-on support in the home.

Personalized guidance on wellness and nutrition to support pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation. Tips and tricks for creating a nurturing, serene sanctuary for both mother and baby during labor.
